Arising Bot provides custom web development, mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, and IT services. Due to the nature of customized and digital services, refunds are governed by the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only if Arising Bot is unable to initiate the project after payment confirmation.
- Refunds may be considered if services were not delivered as per the agreed scope and no significant work has started.
- Once development, design, or implementation work has begun, payments become non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Delays caused by lack of client communication or approvals
- Completed milestones or delivered source code
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses, APIs)
- Discounted or promotional service offers
Installment-Based Payments
For projects with installment-based payments, refunds (if any) are calculated only on unused and unworked portions of the project. Completed milestones and delivered work are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@arisingbot.com
- Requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.
Final Decision
Arising Bot reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on project status, communication history, and contractual agreements. All decisions made by Arising Bot shall be final and binding.
