Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the services provided by Arising Bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Arising Bot provides web development, mobile application development, software engineering, e-commerce solutions, and related IT consulting services based on a mutually agreed project scope and timeline.

2. Payments & Milestones

Payments must be made according to agreed milestones or installment schedules. Delayed payments may result in project pauses, delayed delivery, or termination of services.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full and final payment is received. Arising Bot retains the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be signed upon request.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arising Bot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.

6. Force Majeure

Arising Bot shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical outages, or third-party failures.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Completed milestones and delivered work remain payable and non-refundable as per the Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
